Return Policy

These are our policies as of 11/1/22

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. Refunds and exchanges will not be issued for ordering the wrong, size, color, item, or simply changing your mind.

Refunds are issued when the product(s) presents a defect or damage of some kind (wrong size, color, design, etc,.) made on our, or our manufacturer’s behalf. A refund or exchange request must be made within 10 days of delivery, or it will not be granted. Refunds can be issued back to the original payment method, or store credit.

Proof of damages and defects must be submitted to be eligible for an exchange or refund.Β 

All items in request of an exchange will be inspected. These items must show no signs of wear (or additional defects/damages made outside of the initial proof) in order to be approved for an exchange.

We are not responsible for refunding or replacing orders not received by the customer if the tracking information shows the order was delivered. It is up to the customer to contact the shipping carrier for any lost packages or claims. We are happy to provide any supporting documents necessary to submit claims.
